Final Balance: Due 4 weeks before arrival; failure to pay by this date will be treated as a cancellation.

Payment for any damage during your stay must be paid for. We check the property at the start and end of each stay.

We cannot be held liable for cancellation due to any unforeseeable or extraordinary events beyond our control such as floods, fires, power outages, wars and pandemics that may prevent us from hosting.

Liability & Insurance:

We are not liable for guest injuries or loss of personal property while staying at the property or parking on the driveway. We strongly recommend that guests purchase their own travel insurance.

Right of Entry:

We reserve the right for the owner or a representative to enter the property for essential maintenance or emergencies.
